ആലപ്പുഴ വടക്ക് തത്തംപള്ളി വാർഡിൽ വെണ്ടംപറമ്പിൽ 1895-ൽ ജനനം. കയർ തൊഴിലാളി. ഉപ്പുസത്യാഗ്രഹത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു കോഴിക്കോട് ജയിലുകളിൽ 1931-32 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ തടവിലായി. വിദേശവസ്ത്ര ബഹിഷ്കരണത്തിലും വസ്ത്രസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പിക്കറ്റിംഗിലും പങ്കെടുത്ത് 1933-34 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ വീണ്ടും അറസ്റ്റിലായി ജയിൽവാസം അനുഭവിച്ചു. 1938-ൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തഭരണ പ്രക്ഷോഭത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. 1947 വരെ സജീവരാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 1946-47 കാലത്ത് പൊലീന്റെ ക്രൂരമർദ്ദനത്തിൽ പരിക്കേറ്റു. ബയണറ്റ് ചാർജ്ജ് ചെയ്ത മുറിവുകൾ ശരീരത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് ജോലി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ശേഷി നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. എരുമേലിയിൽ അഞ്ചേക്കർ ഭൂമി പതിച്ചു നൽകി. താമ്രപത്രം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
