ആലപ്പുഴ നോര്ത്ത് കൊമ്മാടി കൊന്നപ്പള്ളി വീട്ടില് കിട്ടന്റെ മകനായി 1911-ൽ ജനിച്ചു. കയര് ഫാക്ടറി തൊഴിലാളിയായിരുന്നു.1938-ലെ സമരത്തിൽ സജീവമായിരുന്നു. എസ്.സി-8/116 നമ്പർ കേസിൽ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകയും ആലപ്പുഴ സെഷൻസ് കോടതി 6 മാസത്തെ കഠിനതടവിനു ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിലായിരുന്നു തടവ്. പുന്നപ്ര സമരത്തിൽ വലതു കൈയുടെ തോളിൽ വെടിയേറ്റു. കയർ ജോലി ചെയ്യാനുള്ള പ്രാപ്തി നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. 1969-ല് അന്തരിച്ചു. ഭാര്യ: അച്ചാമ്മ. മക്കള്: വിലാസിനി, വിശ്വംഭരന്, സുദന്.
